Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg I like freshly grated the best
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar or old spice jar. Use in any recipe calling for pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

1. This recipe can easily make more or less just adjust accordingly.
2. Store for up to 1 year.
