This creamy poppyseed dressing is always in my fridge! It’s super easy to make, requires no fancy equipment, and pairs well with fruit and many salads.

Variations to This Poppyseed Dressing:
Looking for a dairy-free option? No problem! Swap the milk for your favorite non-dairy milk. Also, check your mayo to make sure it is dairy-free, or make homemade mayo.
Don’t have mayonnaise on hand? Replace the mayo with Greek yogurt or even sour cream. It will be slightly more tangy but still delicious!
Make it your own! Change up the flavor by adding in your favorite herbs, strawberry puree, or even replacing the honey with maple syrup. You can even try different vinegars.

Brief Overview on How to Make Creamy Poppyseed Dressing:
Making homemade dressing is so easy anyone can do it. It’s just actually doing it that is the hardest part, lol! For the longest time, I bought all my dressings from the store because I thought it would be too hard to make my own.
Don’t get me wrong, I still buy some dressings because I haven’t found the perfect homemade version my family likes yet.
Anyway, you can choose a method you like most: put everything in a mason jar and shake like mad, or put everything in a bowl and whisk, then pour into a jar or bottle. I’ve done both, and since I am lazy and don’t want the extra dishes, I lean towards the mason jar method.

Some of My Favorite Salads:
- Asian Chicken Salad
- Tuscan Tuna Salad
- Turkey Cobb Salad (also great with chicken or ham!)
- Wilted Spinach Bacon Salad
