- Extremely versatile with so many options for fruit
- Ready in about 20 minutes
Ingredients
All you need are just a handful of easy ingredients for this quick fruit pizza. You’ll need seamless crescent dough, cream cheese, honey, lemon zest, vanilla, assorted fruit, and optional powdered sugar. You can even use frozen fruit, too, just make sure it has been thawed!
CRESCENT ROLL DOUGH: I like to use the seamless crescent dough sheet that can be found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, but the regular crescent dough can be used, too. Just make sure to squeeze the seams together.
CREAM CHEESE: Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before working with it. It will be much easier to spread if is softened! Mascarpone cheese can be used in place of cream cheese.
HONEY: I like to use fresh local honey as the natural sweetener here. Honey and fruit are the perfect combinations for summer.
LEMON: You will need the zest of a lemon for those hints of citrus. The lemon makes this recipe so much better!
VANILLA: I like to use pure vanilla extract to really enhance the flavor of my dessert recipes.
FRUIT: I used kiwi, blueberries, and raspberries, but you can use almost any type of fruit. I would avoid watermelon since it is filled with so much water.
POWDERED SUGAR: Completely optional, but a light dusting of confectioners sugar really ties this recipe together, plus it makes it look beautiful.

Fabulous idea to serve as an appetizer, I can do small squares for all to share. Sometimes sharing food isn’t easy….LOL! Everyone here is into fruit right now so this is right up my alley.
I’m into square shapes because I’m still battling making my round shapes. You really ought to see my pizza’s and pies….LOL! Talk about ‘different’ and ‘funky’, hubby calls them ‘unique’ and ‘creative’, I love my hubby!
Have a good day Malinda!
