Sunday Breakfast Casserole Jump to Recipe Leave a Review Pin Share Tweet I LOVE breakfast casseroles!! They can really make for a quick breakfast that looks like you have slaved forever. This is a super simple and easy breakfast casserole to put together. I frequently make this for Sunday breakfast (hence the name 🙂 ) I am not a very good morning person either, if I can make this and still have time to get myself, 5 kids and my husband ready for church I think anyone can. Sunday mornings are always crazy around here.  I try every Saturday to lay out everyone’s clothes get the diaper bag ready…… But I never seem to follow through and everyone is just running around screaming five minutes till time to leave. It’s time to leave. It’s time to leave NOW! I am usually doing my make up in the car on the way to church, tying the girls dresses into bows as we are walking up the church steps and fixing my son’s hair while walking to our pew. Okay maybe that is stretching the truth just a little but not really. So what are your Sunday mornings like?
