Grilled Peaches are a super easy summertime dessert! Fresh and juicy peaches grilled with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Top with ice cream and enjoy!
I love fruit desserts, especially with ice cream! Some of our other favorite desserts we enjoy through the summer are No Churn Peach Ice Cream (which would be great on these peaches!), Fresh Strawberry Pie, and No Bake Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake.

These grilled peaches are the perfect low key, quick, and simple dessert. Especially if you already have the grill fired up cooking dinner.
Just prep some peaches and pop them on the grill while you are enjoying dinner and you have dessert ready and waiting! Perfect!

How to grill peaches:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 375 degrees F).
- Lightly oil the grate.
- Cut peaches in half, remove the pit and brush with a little melted butter or oil.
- Place cut side down on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Rotate 90 degrees and grill for 3 more minutes.
- Flip peaches and top each with a dot of butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Grill for another 3 minutes.

Tips for picking the best peaches:
You want ripe peaches but not overly ripe as they will be too mushy for grilling.
- Choose peaches that are vibrant in color and no signs of green.
- It should smell sweet. If there is no smell present the peach will be lacking in flavor.
- Peaches should give slightly when you gently squeeze them. If they are hard they are not ripe yet and if they are really soft they are overripe and will not work in this recipe.
If the store only has rock hard peaches available no worries peaches will continue to ripen at home. Place them on the counter on their “shoulders” not their bottoms out of direct sunlight. To slow the process of ripening store them in the refrigerator.

Other Variations to Grilled Peaches:
- Instead of ice cream serve with mascarpone cheese and a drizzle of honey
- Top with vanilla or peach ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers
- Top with crushed gingerbread cookies
- Drizzle with honey and a sprinkle of granola
- Serve with burrata and a drizzle of honey
- Toss them in a salad

Pro Tips:
- Be sure to fully preheat your grill.
- Clean and oil your grates after it has preheated. This helps to combat sticking.
- Don’t disturb the peaches for the full 3 minutes to achieve grill marks.
- Store leftover peaches in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
