If you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer for your next party (like the super bowl maybe??) then these honey garlic sausages are just for you!!  They are sweet and savory and completely irresistible!  Plus, who doesn’t love a quick and simple appetizer??

I think these would go great with the homemade french onion dip and the sweet and spicy pecans.  You can see in the picture below that I made a small appetizer board with the three.  Add in this easy fruit tray as a dessert option and you’ll be all set for the big game!  Another option could be to make the appetizer board pictured below, reuben sliders, pepperoni pizza sliders, and the fruit tray for dessert.  Oh, this is fun, I could come up with all sorts of party menus!

So, do you guys have any big plans for the super bowl??  Do any of you really watch it or just come for the food??  I would be the one who comes for the food.  I was never good at sports (I’m athletically challenged!) (I hope my kids don’t take after me!) so it’s hard for me to get into the games.  Plus, I mostly watched college football growing up so I never became partial to any pro team.

My husband, on the other hand, loves watching football and can spout off stats about all different teams so he makes up for my lack of knowledge.  My thing is how can he remember all that, ahem….. dare I say “useless” information about football teams but he can’t remember any of his kids birthdays?!?!?!  It must be a man thing.  Anyone else have the same problem?
