Ground Beef | Chili Powder Cumin | Onion | Garlic Powder Oregano | Cayenne | Milk Beef Broth | Pasta | Salsa Green Chiles | Cheddar
Brown the ground beef, onion, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the milk, broth, pasta, green chiles, and salsa and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer until the pasta is tender.
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Then serve with chopped tomatoes, diced avocado, crushed tortilla chips, or sour cream.
