Why You’ll Love This Restaurant Style Blender Salsa

Oh how I love salsa! I slap it on everything from eggs and tacos to hamburgers – I even eat it by the spoonful. I’m a huge fan of a chunky consistency, like this fresh peach salsa, but my husband prefers the smooth restaurant style. Since I’m an equal opportunity salsa lover, I’ve started making this recipe pretty often in our house, and my goodness we are all obsessed with it.

This salsa recipe is crazy easy – you don’t even have to chop anything! Just open a few cans, dump your ingredients into a blender, and let those blades do their thing. Once you taste how good this blender salsa is, make sure to keep everything on hand so you can whip it up for a last-minute get-together, or after-school snack time.

You can dip chips and veggies in it, or you can use it as a condiment for your tacos or enchiladas. There’s really no stopping this salsa!

Ingredients for This Blender Salsa Recipe

You can get pretty much every ingredient here in a can, and honestly – I see that as a good thing! I’ll whip up a “fresh” version sometimes if I have time, but I think as a society we tend to demonize making things easier for ourselves. Just get the cans, people. You can thank me for all the time you saved later!

How to Make Your New Favorite Salsa

Step 1: Combine

Add all of the ingredients to the blender and give it a couple of whirls, or as many as it takes to get to the consistency you like. Taste the salsa to see if it needs any added seasoning.

Note: This salsa will get stronger in flavor the longer it sits. I like to make it a couple of hours before I serve it so it’s at its optimal flavor strength, but you can also enjoy it right away.
