One Pot Beef and Garlic Pasta
This simple One-Pot Beef and Garlic Pasta is a comforting, homestyle dish. It uses everyday pantry staples and is easily customizable! It’s simple to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for any night of the week.
Simple meals like these are essential for me, as I often lack the time for complicated dishes. Recipes like Creamy Tomato Orzo and Tuna Alfredo use pantry staples while being rich in flavor, and don’t take me all evening to make!

A Few Things To Note:
This recipe was created out of sheer desperation to feed my family without having to make a trip to the grocery store, because nobody wants to do that. It’s extremely kid-friendly but can also be dressed up with more veggies!
Things to add in are:
Grated zucchini, bell peppers, fresh spinach, corn, peas, frozen mixed veggies, or even sliced mushrooms.
I have also added a little cream (about 1/4 cup) at the end, and it adds a touch of silkiness and helps the sauce cling to the pasta even better.
How To Make One-Pot Beef and Garlic Pasta
This is just a quick overview of the method for this pasta dish. As always, specific measurements and step-by-step instructions are included in the printable recipe box at the bottom of the post.
STEP 1: Brown the ground beef and onion. Be sure to brown the ground beef well to create more flavor. I like to leave it alone in the pan after I break it up to “caramelize” or create a crust on the ground beef. This will create a ton of flavor!
**FLAVOR TIP! Add chopped bell peppers or mushrooms in with the ground beef and onion.
STEP 2: Add the remaining ingredients and simmer. Simmer gently and cover to cook the pasta and prevent liquid from evaporating.
**FLAVOR TIP! Add shredded zucchini or corn while simmering. Add spinach, frozen peas, or frozen mixed vegetables at the end after the pasta is done cooking. This would also be the time to add a splash of cream.
Serving Suggestions
This one-pot beef and noodles pairs wonderfully with these skillet garlic green beans or any steamed vegetable of your choice; oven-roasted green beans, or a simple tossed salad; easy fruit salad, or even a simple Caesar salad.
It’s a hearty, satisfying meal that promises to be a staple in your dinner rotation, perfect for gathering around the table and sharing moments with loved ones. Enjoy the pleasure of a wonderfully nourishing meal that’s as effortless to make as it is delicious to devour!
