These honey maple pork chops are super moist with a hint of sweetness. They are easy to whip up. Just fire up the grill, brush the meat with the honey maple sauce and cook over medium to medium low heat for 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. Don’t cook on too high of heat or they will burn and dry out. Pair these succulent chops with a salad, baked potato or green beans and you have a great weeknight meal.

- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat grill

In a small bowl combine honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard and salt.

Place pork chops on the grill and brush with honey mixture.

Turn pork chops after 7 minutes and brush with honey mixture.

Cook for 6 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
