They’re full of all the traditional layers like refried beans, guacamole, tomatoes, etc., and you get a bit of everything on each chip. Plus, they’re super portable so you can watch the game with them on the couch instead of getting up and down.

They’re the ingredients you know and love! Nothing complicated, just the addition of some clear plastic cups.
- Refried beans
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Black olives
- Tomato – diced
- Onions – sliced
How To Make Seven Layer Taco Dip
Step 1: Mix Sour Cream
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning and then set it aside for later.
Step 2: Assemble Cups
- Layer 1 – refried beans
- Layer 2 – guacamole
- Layer 3 – sour cream mixture
- Layer 4 – cheddar cheese
- Layer 5 – sliced olives
- Layer 6 – diced tomato
- Layer 7 – sliced green onion
Step 3: Serve
Divide all of the ingredients evenly among the 6 cups and serve. Enjoy!

This dip is best served cold!
If you don’t have any on hand, or you can’t find it in the store, you can make your own homemade taco seasoning easily! It’s a combination of salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, and cayenne.
It will last in the fridge, covered, for about 3 days. Unless you get cups that come with lids, I wouldn’t recommend making this dip more than a few hours ahead of time.

- 1/2 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 2.25 oz can slice black olives, drained
- 1 large roma tomato diced
- 3 green onions sliced
- 6 9 oz clear plastic cups
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the sour cream and taco seasoning, set aside.
- To assemble cups:
- Layer 1- refried beans
- Layer 2- guacamole
- Layer 3- sour cream mixture
- Layer 4- cheddar cheese
- Layer 5- sliced olives
