Then to finish off the s’more trifecta with a topping, you’ll need a bag of mini marshmallows.
How to Make This Brownie Recipe
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13 pan. Set your pan aside.
Step 2: Make Graham Cracker Crust
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the ingredients for the crust and then press it into your greased pan in an even layer. Bake the graham cracker crust for 12 minutes.
Step 3: Make Brownie Batter
In a large bowl, combine the brownie ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Pour the batter over the crust and sprinkle it with the chips.
Step 4: Bake and Broil
Bake the brownies for 20 minutes, or just until it’s set. Remove the brownie from the oven and top it with marshmallows. Put the dish back in the oven under the broiler for about a minute and 15 seconds. Be sure to watch them closely so they don’t burn.
Step 5: Cool
Allow your brownies to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
FAQs
Swap the water for milk. Milk has fat in it so it’ll make your brownies extra moist and fudgy.
