PB and J Pancakes

I love these pancakes!!  But I also love peanut butter so it is only natural to love anything made with peanut butter.  These pancakes are also really easy to whip up for breakfast or even dinner.

PBJ Pancakes

These pancakes are really fluffy, tender and full of peanut butter flavor.  They are sure to satisfy any peanut butter lover in your family.  My kids also enjoy eating any leftover pancakes for an afternoon snack.

PB and J Pancakes

Ingredients
  • PANCAKES
  • 2 c all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 4 TBSP butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 2 TBSP baking powder
  • 1/ 4 tsp salt
  • "J" SYRUP
  • 1 c. fruit jam or jelly
  • 1 c. maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients for syrup in a small saucepan and warm over a medium heat stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
  2. Beat pancake ingredients just until smooth. (It is okay to leave some lumps)
  3. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375 degrees.
  4. Grease griddle with butter if necessary.
  5. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
  6. Cook until dry around the edges.
  7. Turn and cook until golden on other side.
  8. Serve warm with "J" syrup.
